So far so good. Unpacked 2 X 195 bottle single zone built in professional fridges - have them running and pulling down the temp of some very hot wine which would have suffered in the extreme heat we have been having over the last few weeks. (Should have bitten the bullet on wine fridges long ago!)
LeCavist were very easy to deal with, including organising delayed deleivery to a depot for on-shipping to our relatively remote location. Fridges were easy to load with only a couple of bottle shapes giving a little grief and costing us a bit of space, but not nearly as problematic as I expected. Sliding shelves are excellant. Just have to remember to push them right "home" when sliding them in. Love the look of the fridges, just not a big fan of the colored lights (easy to turn off or just leave as white). They are certainly heavy (which is a good thing) and a two bloke job to move. Have a small wine fridge that looks like it is in the process of dying - will be looking at a LeCavist as a replacement for it.
So happy with the fridge that I bought a 2nd one.

We replaced a wine fridge we purchased some 6 years ago from a different manufacturer that "died" with a LeCavist wine fridge - we visited the showroom at Alexandria with one model in mind but upgraded to a dual zone model. We found the showroom staff knowlegeable but not "pushy" and would recommend anyone considering a wine fridge to attend the showroom before committing. We are very pleased with our buy: the fridge is attractive, easy to fill and extract bottles and the dual zone provides versatility. We look forward to many more years of wine storage.
Customer service is excellent, even though it took a while to arrive due to black Friday sales but lecavist kept me informed that the delivery will take longer than usual. There are some noise but still relative low noise in my opinion. I wish the LED light have the options of staying on continuously or turn off automatically after a period to save energy or turned off automatically when door is closed. I measured the internal temperature and noticed that, depending on the zone, the actual temperature differs slightly from the set temperature. This may be due to the thermometer I used, so I will recheck using a different temperature measuring device. Using my current device, the top zone shows a difference of approximately 3 ��C, while the lowest zone shows a difference of around 1 ��C. The display shelf does not work well for me, as the wine bottles do not sit securely.
Great service, slight delay in delivery (due to popularity) but well explained and well sorted. Bang on with delivery once organised the fridge is great! Really really great! Highly recommend!

Would really have liked to give 5 stars but I had to call several times to get a delivery scheduled - although that did come promptly and the notifications worked well.
Had issues with a new wine fridge which is faulty however the team have promptly resolved the issue and been fantastic to deal with. I'm looking forward to cellaring my wine with Le Cavist
Great Wine Fridge!!! The Delivery was seamless and the communication was very clear, delivery boys very helpful!!! Just remember that the number of Wine Bottles is in relation to Bordeaux Wine bottle :)

We purchased a Lecavist 168-bottle single-zone free standing wine fridge. The service both before and after purchase has been excellent, delivery was prompt, and the fridge itself is visually very appealing and appears well-built.
We unfortunately had a few issues which are being addressed by LeCavist. Our biggest surprise was the ability to fit the advertised number of bottles in the fridge whilst maintaining practicality. This fridge has a 168-bottle capacity based specifically on Bordeaux-style bottles, and minimal shelving, which is well advertised by LeCavist on their website. However, the realistic capacity appears to be significantly lower than this. When bottles are stacked according to the manual, access becomes difficult, labels are impossible to see, and the bottles feel unstable. We have managed to fit 102 bottles at a squeeze with 5 shelves in place (many of our bottles are not bordeaux shaped, and we want the shelves for practicality to allow easier access). LeCavist are kindly assisting us in trying different methods to improve storage capacity but we were surprised just how marked the difference was between what was advertised and what is practical.
Other small issues are the lock mechanism feels flimsy and still allows the door to open by 3-4 cm; the operating noise is louder than anticipated (our previous Vintec unit, for comparison, ran significantly quieter, but this was a smaller unit); and one of the shelves was buckled/dysfunctional which is awaiting replacement.
Again, we have been impressed with the customer service who are assisting with the above issues, and the fridge overall looks good.

We bought a 70L beverage fridge from LeCavist suitable for about 20 bottles of wine. So far very happy with it, it is a decent size to fit under a countertop, it is solidly built, and reasonably quiet. I can hear it if I pay attention but in normal activity around the house it's not noticeable. The only minor issue was that it was difficult to make it level. The feet on the front can be screwed in or out to make them longer, but on a flat surface it wasn't possible to extend one enough to level the fridge and I ended up having to put something under that leg. But this is a minor issue and since we are going to install it under a cabinet in the future it's not a problem for us. Delivery was very prompt and the LeCavist team were responsive.
Love the fridge , the lights could have gone all the way to the last bottom shelf to make it better. Strong racking system and great door frame tinting . Great service and delivery.
