Still awaiting delivery, when I do get a response it’s the same answer “within the week” - that’s week after week!! Tell you the item is due in stock, take your money then tell you anything to get you to go away. Now stock says end of March on website!!

With a hot summer starting to build I decided to bite the bullet and get myself a decent sized wine fridge to facilitate my growing collection. LeCavist was recommended by my brother and it has not let me down. Very happy with the size, quietness and the blue lighting feature!

The built fit the standard dimensions perfectly and it holds temperature well. It's not super noisy but the noise it does emit when cooling the wine is more like a low hum breathing. Fortunately it's not needing to cool the fridge in short intervals. Wine spacing just makes sense. 8 bottles per shelf and the longer and bigger bottles fit on the bottom tray without issue. I kind of wish the light had a setting where it turned off after 5 minutes or so rather than being on or off. The design is inoffensive and premium looking.

The LeCavist 168 bottle wine cabinet is a sleek design that simple to use. The best feature is the flexible configurations that are available. The great finishing touches are the cheese board as well as the top shelf that can be tilted to show off 4 x trophy wines.

This 97 bottle wine fridge is a perfect size for my wines and fits perfect in the room that I have it in. The door handle and body of fridge seems to be built well and so far is keeping the wines cool. I have had this for a few weeks now and seems to be working well. The only issue I had was when I unpacked the box I found the front plastic footing to keep the fridge level was cracked. The only feedback I have is maybe Lecavist may need to look at a better material for the footing. I have contacted support when the fridge arrived, but no response as yet. This would be the disappointing part of the after care service. I hope to hear from them as I have heard good reports about their support from others. Overall I am happy with the fridge keeping the wines in a controlled temperature.

Purchased 2 x 248 Bottle Single Zone Wine Cabinets just after Christmas. Arrived within 2 weeks, delivery guys were careful to ensure no damage during installation, made sure units were in position and level, turned units on, checked operation, lights and doors. Very classy looking cabinets, now to fill them up with our precious collection. Very happy so far!

I am very happy with my purchase. Although I was aware the delivery was going to take 2 months when I purchased it, the team at Lecavist was quick to respond. The delivery team they sent out even took it upstairs for us and unboxed and plugged! It looks very sleek and very happy it has dual zone even though my space under the wet bar was small. Great value!

The unit has been on back order for a while, but finally arrived. Impressed with the look, build quality, simple controls and bottle capacity. Looking forward to many years of well cooled wines.

Generally speaking, happy with the wine fridge. It was noisier than I thought but acceptable. Took a while to get delivered with a bit of back and fourth organising shipping dates etc but got here non the less.

I have had the LECAVIST 248 Bottle Wine Cabinet for few weeks and it is performing really well. It is quiet and keeps all wines at the right temperature for ageing and drinking.

After a lot of research settled on LECAVIST 168 Bottle Cellar LKV168PNDX, this was one of the few options on the market that didn't have a glass door. Staff at the showroom were very helpful with details on the fridge and assisted in getting the unit ordered and coordinated a delivery date for the following week.

Bought my wine cabinet as part of the "Black Friday" promotion after doing a bit of research and having a conversation with the LeCavist team. I bought a configuration, which was on pre-order and it was made clear to me that this meant longer delivery window - very good communication. Then 3 weeks later received an offer to upgrade for free to a configuration already in stock and after clarifying with the LeCavist team that this still met my requirements, they arranged delivery two days later - again fast and good service. On delivery day, the process was set out clearly to me as two steps; morning of delivery a 2-hour window for delivery would be sent via SMS/email, and then a follow-up when they were 30min from delivery. In addition, I also received a 10min call, which was perfect as it allowed me to open doors and lock away dog/kids etc. to ensure easy delivery. The delivery team unwrapped and placed the wine cabinet exactly where I wanted and it was all done in 15min. - so, again very good communication and service. Now, a week in and wine cabinet is working amazing and I had one question in relation to setup instruction and the LeCavist team responded same day. Hence full 5 stars from me, due to service, communication and doing the little things right along the way.

As the owner of an apartment with temperature conditions that constantly vary between hot full sun and cool air con, this wine cabinet is exactly what I was looking for to keep my small but expensive collection in peak condition. Staff were helpful on the phone, the website ordering process was very simple and I received delivery the next day. Great value and compact size means it fits exactly where I wanted it. Absolutely ecstatic!

I was pretty excited with my purchase as being putting it off looking for the correct fridge for my needs for some time. Lecavist have been a brand of choice for a while and the 97 Bottle fridge the one which was most appealing to my needs. The fridge is working beautifully in the lounge. Looks great and is very quiet. The whole process in purchasing the Fridge to the delivery was fantastic in terms of the communication. The couriers being used in Sydney are excellent, thorough communication throughout the delivery process with multiple updates and indeed a quick call to let you know we are 30mins away.

Purchased in October 2024 to replace a previous cooler, easy to install and very efficient.

This wine cabinet is beautifully made and has lovely lighting. I am using it to hold champagne and as these bottles are typically wider, it holds 14 bottles. Has a wow factor when you see it lit up!
