Our 188 bottle fridge became quite noisy. Thibaut from LeCavist asked me to send him a video when the machine was running. I sent him a text Monday with the video & my phone rang 20 seconds after sending! Thibaut said he had listened to 2 seconds & could not believe how loud it was. He said they were going to replace the fridge asap. A fridge was available in Melbourne & it was delivered & swapped over on Wednesday. Unbelievable service. Wonderful wine fridges, purchased two of them and they have been keeping my wines nice at 16 c since. Delivery, perfect and effortless, where they placed the fridges exactly where we wanted them, and took away the cupboard boxes !!

Have been using for a month, and loving my wine cabinet. Keeps my wine perfectly chilled and easy to use and adjust temp. Had condensation occur after 2 weeks, but, checked my instruction manual and sorted that out. Highly recommended. Service was excellent, I was kept informed of delivery and arrived on time.

I shopped around various "big name" Department stores and became increasingly aware that buying a wine fridge was fraught with unknown hassle and high cost.I then found LECAVIST and wow what a refreshing change.At the showroom in Alexandria they were super friendly and helpful and not pushy at all.I got exactly what I wanted which was a single zone wine cabinet Item/Model LEK168PV JC-310.I really like the simplicity of this wine fridge and its capacity(fully stacked/loaded no shelves 175 bottles.With shelves more like half that amount).It looks elegant and the delivery was on time and set up easy.Bottom line this is the product to get without paying over the top for what is essentially a fridge.Well done to LECAVIST for making this product available for consumers to buy here in Australia and not be ripped off price wise.Finally a word of thanks to RUTH in customer support for her helpful and responsive actions--unusual to interact with a proper customer support person these days--well done RUTH!
