Win with LeCavist: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter, promotion period and who can enter

The promoter is Osass Australia Pty Ltd, trading as LeCavist (ABN 28 644 539 668), of 18/30 Maddox St, Alexandria NSW 2015. Phone 02 9398 9933, email hello@lecavist.com.
Information on how to enter and on the prizes forms part of these terms. Entering the promotion means accepting these terms.
The promotion opens at 9:00 am Sydney time on 2 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm Sydney time on 15 November 2026 (the promotion period).
Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Residents of the Northern Territory and anyone outside Australia cannot enter.
Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, and the promoter's agencies and suppliers connected with this promotion cannot enter.
The promoter may ask any entrant for proof of age, identity and residence. An entrant who cannot provide it within 7 days is not eligible for a prize.

To enter, complete the entry form at lecavist.com/pages/win-with-lecavist during the promotion period with your first name, last name, email address and state, and confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
Entry is free. No purchase is needed to enter.
Each person may submit the entry form once. Duplicate form entries will be removed.
Extra entries: an entrant receives one additional entry for each order placed at lecavist.com during the promotion period, provided the order uses the same email address as the entry form.
Purchases from retail partners do not count. An order that is cancelled, refunded or returned does not earn an extra entry, and any entry it earned will be removed.
A person who buys during the promotion period must also complete the entry form to be entered.
An entry stays in every draw that takes place after it is received, until that entrant wins a prize. Each person can win one prize only.
Entries must be received by the closing time. The promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries.
The promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is false, automated, made in bulk, or made in breach of these terms.

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in deciding the winners.
Winners are chosen by random draw from all valid entries received before each draw. Draws take place at the promoter's office at 18/30 Maddox St, Alexandria NSW 2015.
One prize is drawn in each draw. Draws are held weekly during the promotion period, and the last draw is held within 7 days after the promotion closes.
The twin tickets to the final are drawn at least 14 days before the final. The promoter decides the order in which the other prizes are drawn.
Each winner is notified by email, at the address given on the entry form, within 2 business days of the draw.
Winners' names (first name, last initial and state) are published at lecavist.com/pages/win-with-lecavist within 7 days of each draw.
A winner must reply to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize. The ticket prize must be claimed within 48 hours, because of the match date.
If a prize is not claimed in that time, or the winner is not eligible, the promoter will hold a redraw for that prize within 7 days at the same place, and notify the new winner in the same way.
The promoter's decision on all matters to do with the promotion is final.

There are four prizes, each won separately. The total prize pool is valued at less than $3,000 including GST.

World Cup tickets: twin tickets (two tickets) to the Rugby League World Cup 2026 final at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane, on Sunday 15 November 2026. The promoter may also award twin tickets to other games as bonus prizes.
Signed France jersey: one French national team jersey signed by players. No retail value (not for sale).
Signed Australia jersey: one Australian national team jersey signed by players. No retail value (not for sale).
LeCavist beverage centre: one LeCavist Beverage Centre, 237L, black (model LJBC238MN). Recommended retail price $1,649.

Ticket prize: travel, accommodation, food and all other costs of attending are not included. Tickets are subject to the event organiser's and venue's conditions. If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, the promoter is not required to replace the tickets.
Jersey prizes: the players who have signed each jersey are chosen by the supplier. The promoter makes no promise about which players have signed.
Beverage centre prize: delivery and installation are free within the promoter's standard delivery areas.
Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or taken as cash.
If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoter's control, the promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any approval required by a regulator.
Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of the winner's claim, to an address in an eligible state. The ticket prize will be sent by email before the match.
Prize values are correct at the start of the promotion. The promoter is not responsible for any change in value.

Permits: the total prize pool is valued at less than $3,000, so no trade promotion permit or authority is required.
If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the promoter's control, the promoter may cancel, suspend or change it, subject to any approval required by a regulator.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, the promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the promotion or a prize, except where it cannot be excluded by law.
Tax: a winner is responsible for any tax that applies to accepting a prize.
Privacy: the promoter collects entrants' names, email addresses and states to run the promotion, contact winners and deliver prizes. Entries are stored with the promoter's email service provider. The promoter's privacy policy is at lecavist.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Marketing: by entering, an entrant agrees to receive marketing emails from LeCavist. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect an entry.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or run by International Rugby League, the Rugby League World Cup 2026 organisers, the Australian Rugby League Commission, or any social media platform on which it is advertised.
LeCavist is an official partner of the French national rugby league team (Fédération Française de Rugby à XIII).
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales.
