Orders placed outside the promotional period are not eligible. Order date is determined by the time stamp recorded by the relevant participating site at the point the order is successfully placed and payment is authorised.

Purchases made through any other retailer, marketplace, showroom or trade channel are not eligible, including Bunnings and LeCavist New Zealand.

Not all eligible products are offered on both sites. A product qualifies only where it is listed below and available for purchase on the site the order is placed through.

Eligibility

• The promotion is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years or older.
• To be eligible, participants must purchase an eligible LeCavist wine cabinet (listed below) from a participating site during the promotional period.

How to claim

Orders placed on www.lecavist.com

Purchase an eligible wine cabinet during the promotional period. No further action is required. LeCavist will identify eligible orders and arrange dispatch of the bonus decanter automatically.

Orders placed on www.appliancesonline.com.au

The Promoter does not receive customer contact or delivery details for orders placed through Appliances Online, so these orders must be claimed.

1. Purchase an eligible wine cabinet on www.appliancesonline.com.au during the promotional period.
2. Email hello@lecavist.com by 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday 13 September 2026 with your Appliances Online order number, proof of purchase (order confirmation or tax invoice showing the eligible model and order date), and the Australian delivery address for the decanter.

Claims received after 13 September 2026 will not be accepted. The Promoter will verify each claim against Appliances Online records and may decline any claim it cannot verify.

Limitations

• Each qualifying purchase entitles the customer to one (1) Plumm La Trobe Decanter (Set of 1), valued at $89.95.
• The number of eligible wine cabinets a customer may purchase during the promotional period is unlimited. Each qualifying purchase entitles the customer to one decanter.
• A Signature Duo is treated as one (1) qualifying purchase and entitles the customer to one (1) decanter, notwithstanding that a Duo comprises two cabinets.
• The decanter is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other product.
• The decanter has no cash value and is not a discount on the price of the wine cabinet, and is not taken into account under any price match, price guarantee or price beat offer of the Promoter or of any participating site.
• If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded or returned in full before the decanter is dispatched, the entitlement to the decanter lapses. If the decanter has already been dispatched, the Promoter may require the decanter to be returned unused and in its original packaging, or may recover its value of $89.95, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit the customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other bonus gift promotion unless expressly stated by the Promoter.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Plumm, Appliances Online and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

Availability and substitution

Bonus decanters are subject to availability. If the Plumm La Trobe Decanter becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable directions.

Relationship with participating sites

This promotion is conducted by the Promoter. Appliances Online is a participating retailer only. It is not the promoter of this promotion and is not responsible for administering it, supplying the bonus gift or handling claims. All enquiries about the promotion or the bonus gift must be directed to the Promoter at hello@lecavist.com, not to Appliances Online.

Nothing in these terms affects a customer's rights against Appliances Online in respect of the wine cabinet purchased, or the terms of sale of the site the order was placed through.

Damaged or missing decanters

The decanter is a glassware product and is dispatched by Plumm. If a decanter arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 30 days of 14 September 2026, please contact the Promoter at hello@lecavist.com with the qualifying order number. The Promoter will arrange a replacement where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

General terms and conditions

1. Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by participating in the promotion.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false or misleading information, or who submits a claim the Promoter cannot verify against the records of the relevant participating site.
3. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed or misdirected orders, claims or gifts, other than to the extent caused by the Promoter.
4. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical issues, supply issues, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any applicable directions.
5. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Promoter may collect personal information in connection with this promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct this promotion. Participation is conditional on providing this information.

To fulfil the bonus gift, the Promoter will disclose the customer's name, delivery address and contact details to Plumm and its nominated carrier for the sole purpose of dispatching the decanter. Plumm will handle that information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

For orders placed on www.appliancesonline.com.au, the Promoter may verify a claim with Appliances Online, and Appliances Online may disclose order details to the Promoter for that purpose. Personal information collected by Appliances Online in connection with the sale is handled in accordance with its own privacy policy.

The Promoter will otherwise handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates and its agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) that arises in connection with the promotion or the Plumm La Trobe Decanter (Set of 1), valued at $89.95.
