Shipping policy

LeCavist aims to get your order to you as fast as possible, at a price that won’t break the bank.

Depending on the transport company we use, a tracking number via email, so you will always know where your order is.

Estimated delivery times:-

NSW – 4 days (if no stock in your state, expected delivery in 10 business days.  Contact us on the chat or 02 9398 9933 to check stock availability)

VIC - 4 days (if no stock in your state, expected delivery in 10-15 business days.  Contact us on the chat or 02 9398 9933 to check stock availability)

QLD – 4 days (if no stock in your state, expected delivery in 10-15 business days.  Contact us on the chat or 02 9398 9933 to check stock availability)

SA – 4 days (if no stock in your state, expected delivery in 10-15 business days.  Contact us on the chat or 02 9398 9933 to check stock availability)

WA – 4 days (if no stock in your state, expected delivery in 30 business days.  Contact us on the chat or 02 9398 9933 to check stock availability)
  

We do not deliver to TASMANIA & NORTHERN TERRITORY. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not serviced by our transport company- please note there are some regional locations where this is applicable.

Business days are Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. Orders received over the weekend will be processed for delivery and shipped the following business day.

Please note the delivery team cannot install/assemble any components such as door handles, shelves, or reversing the door. This is the responsibility of the customer.
