An exclusive October evening at Rockpool Bar & Grill, where guests experienced a refined wine dinner featuring selections from Chris Tyrrell’s private collection. Set against the restaurant’s iconic dining room, each wine was expertly paired with signature dishes, creating a memorable night of elegance, discovery, and exceptional craftsmanship.

The Cut Bar & Grill - SYDNEY

An exclusive evening marked the first LeCavist Wine Circle Dinner of 2026, hosted by renowned Shiraz winemaker Chris Ringland at The Cut Bar & Grill in The Rocks, Sydney. Guests enjoyed an intimate dining experience featuring a rare, Shiraz-only selection from Chris’s private cellar—wines celebrated for their limited production, exceptional ageing potential, and rarity to be experienced together in one setting.

The Porterhouse - SYDNEY

An intimate Sydney edition of the LeCavist Wine Circle Burgundy Tour took place at The Porterhouse, hosted by Burgundy ambassador Edouard Maurisset Latour. Guests enjoyed a curated selection of organic wines from Domaine Huguenot and Domaine Jean-Michel Giboulot, exploring the finesse and diversity of Burgundy’s terroirs in a refined dining setting.
